We strive to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition and performs as expected. In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with a product, our team will work with you to assess whether it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty claims are subject to specific conditions and approval by the manufacturer, and only faults arising from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use will be considered. Damage caused by impact, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, incorrect stringing by a third party, or other non-manufacturing causes is not covered. As the lifespan of a racket can vary depending on playing style, frequency of use and playing level, all claims are assessed individually in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy and proof of purchase may be required.
