If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our Returns and Refunds policy is here to help you understand how to return items and request a refund. Please read the details below to learn about eligibility, timeframes, and the process to make your return as smooth as possible.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

STEP 1

Please complete the Returns Form (PDF)

Please ensure you have filled in all sections of the return form, as failure to do so may delay the returns process

If you are exchanging a product, please state clearly on the returns form, the name and size of the new item

STEP 2

Repackage your parcel, ensuring all original packaging is included. Do not use the manufacturer’s original packaging as the external packaging.

Please send your parcel, with the returns form enclosed inside the box, using Royal Mail or your preferred courier.

Step 3

Upon receipt of your return, assuming it is in the condition requested, we will process your refund on the same working day

Exchanges will be processed the same working day if received before 2:00 PM, otherwise on the next working day

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • You may return items in new and unused condition up to 14 days after receiving your order.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging. For example, shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which should not be used as the external packaging. Please use additional packaging around the original box when sending the parcel to ensure that the original packaging is not damaged during transit.
  • We recommend keeping proof of postage when returning items, in case your parcel is lost or damaged during the return process. All Things Tennis cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods. This means that if your parcel goes missing, you will need to claim compensation from the courier, as we will not cover the cost of lost parcels.
  • Items that have undergone customisation such as string upgrades or racket re-grips, can be returned provided they are unused and includes all original packaging. Please note that the cost of any string upgrade will be deducted from your refund.
  • If products are returned that included free promotional items, these items must also be returned. If the promotional items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.
  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your goods have already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure.
  • Please include the fully completed returns form in the box with your returned items. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your refund or exchange.
  • Once your refund has been processed and you have received the confirmation email, please allow 2-3 working days for the funds to reach your bank account. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your bank.
