BABOLAT DEMO
Are you not sure which racket to go for? Perhaps you've been reading up on a few different models, and can't quite decide yet?
Here at All things tennis, we offer a demo service on a selection of rackets. This means you will be able to try out the racket before making the leap, as we understand there's only so much information you can get by reading about rackets online.
How does the demo service work?
You can see which rackets we offer the demo service below
On the product page, you will see an add on called 'DEMO'. clicking this will add an additional £25 to your order (on top of the price of the racket)
I use a specific string set-up, can I have this in the demo?
If you would like to try the racket in a specific string bed, you will have to add the string upgrade (£15) to the demo order. This fee will not be refunded.
Will I receive a brand new racket?
When you place a demo order with us, chances are that you will not receive a brand new racket, but rather a racket from our demo selection. This means that you will be able to use the racket in a realistic setting, and not have to worry about keeping the racket in a pristine condition. This also means that as a customer of All things tennis, you will never receive a racket that has been "slightly used".
How much does the demo service cost?
The upfront costs of the demo service is a refundable deposit which is the price of the racket + a demo fee of £25 per racket, which is also refundable if you end up buying a racket from us.
You can demo up to 2 rackets at a time. For this you will pay the refundable deposit of the racket price (per racket) plus the demo fee (£25 per racket) which is refundable if you end up buying any racket from us.
How long until I receive the demo?
We aim to deliver the demo within 3-5 working day. Slight delays may occur in some cases, however, you will be informed of this after placing the order.
How long can I keep the racket for?
You can keep the racket for up to a week. Should you go over this time period, an additional charge of £5 per day may incur. Please get in touch with us as early as possible to discuss if you would need the racket for longer than this period.
Should the racket not be returned to us within an acceptable time frame, you will risk losing the deposit as well as the demo fee.
I damaged the racket, what happens next?
You will be liable for any damage caused by reckless use. This includes any fractures to the frame that is not caused by a manufacturers error.
I loved the racket, how do I proceed to buy one?
Once you have been able to try out the racket, you can then return it to our address. If you liked the racket, and would like to proceed with the purchase, we will send you a brand new racket. The £25 will be refunded, and the demo service is a free service.
I didn't quite get on with the racket:
If the racket was not the perfect match, that's not a problem! You can then send the racket back to us, and we will process a refund for the deposit. If you would like to try out a new racket, this will incur an additional £25. If you then end up purchasing a racket from us, both demo fees will be refundable (so you will receive a £50 refund for demoing 2 rackets)
If you do not wish to demo any more rackets, we will then refund you the price of the racket, however, the demo fee of £25 per racket will not be refundable.
