Alex de Minaur is an Australian tennis player who turned pro in 2015. He has won five ATP singles titles, and he reached a career high ranking of world number 15 in 2021, after winning his first title on grass (Eastbourne International). De Minaur is known as the ‘Speed Demon’ because of his fast defensive game that involves quick footwork, stunning winners from defensive positions, offensive forehands, and great agility. Along with his defensive capabilities, De Minaur has a powerful first serve and a talent for dynamic groundstrokes, which he uses to endpoints quickly.
