Selecting a string upgrade for your new racket will add 3 additional working days to your expected delivery date, as all our rackets are custom strung to order by our tournament stringers.

For example: If you were expecting your oder to arrive on the 12th, your new expected delivery date would be the 15th.

If you choose the ATT recommended restring, a small sticker inside the throat of your racket will show the gauge, tension, and string used.

Yes, you can return your racket provided it is unused and includes all original packaging. Please note that the cost of any string upgrade will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before your racket has been restrung. Please note that restringing may occur at any point between placing the order and dispatch. If the racket has already been strung, the cost of the string upgrade will not be refunded.
