We use next working day (Monday-Friday) delivery with our trusted shipping partners, FedEx and DPD. For more information, Click Here
All orders placed before 2PM, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day with a next working day delivery service.
This excludes orders containing customized products, such as racket restrings, which require an additional 3 working days added to the expected delivery date.
Orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched the following working day on a next working day delivery service.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If your parcel is over a day late, please Contact Us By Email, and check Your Order Tracking to confirm your address is correct.
Please check with your neighbours and any safe places where the parcel might have been left, and see if you have a proof of delivery note. If you still can’t find your order, don’t worry, Contact Us right away. We’ll open an investigation and work closely with you and our couriers to locate your parcel as quickly as possible.
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you
We will do our best to amend your order or shipping address, but unfortunately amendments can only be made up until the point of dispatch. After this time, you will need to follow the returns procedure.
